'I finished!! Not perfectly, to say the least, but this is the first program that I have done fairly consistently and all the way through! I would definitely recommend this bbg guide for beginners or athletes looking to push themselves. There were ups and downs but I am so happy with the progress that I made these past few weeks and I cannot wait to keep pushing myself towards a healthy lifestyle!
